Three rails that keep the puzzle fair

1. The H is not a typo.

People keep correcting Synching to Syncing. The missing H points to the Human Witness layer, which is the ethical brake on the whole system.

2. Post-shutdown timestamps are evidence.

Anything newer than decommission is not just flavor. It means the archive is still trying to finish reconciliation.

3. “Withheld by consensus” is more suspicious than “corrupted.”
